The RoboScooter is a lightweight, folding, electric motor scooter designed by MIT's Smart Cities Group. It is designed to provide convenient, inexpensive mobility in urban areas.
The Mobility Group is a branded group backed by the College which serves to inform and prepare young designers for and around the concepts of future mobility as well as serving as a platform which positions Art Center as the leader in training for future mobility systems. Our brand values center around exploration, future thinking, team and community building, cooperation between the old and the new systems and passion for transportation and problem solving. Our goal, long term, will be to position the group at the cutting edge of future mobility.
